Our Ventures
In order to take the Gospel to different areas of human endeavour and also to create employment opportunity as well as to provide social services at affordable charges, the church engages in ventures like the running of Guest house, Bookshop, Printing press and Shopping complex.
GUEST HOUSE
First Baptist Church Okelerin Guest house is being run to provide decent accommodation in a conducive Christian atmosphere. It is in a serene environment along Ikoyi road at Odo Oru. The facilities available are of different categories, services are provided at moderate charges. Indeed it is home away from home.
BOOKSHOP
First Baptist Church Okelerin Nigerian Baptist Bookstore is conspicuously located on the premises of the church. It provides books on religious, academics as well as materials on general reading. It is also a place where denominational materials are booked for and obtained. The charges are always moderate and workers are accommodating.
PRINTING PRESS
Like the Bookstore, the printing press which came into being in 2005 is housed in the groundfloor of the storey building near the main road on the premises of the church. The services are excellent, charges are moderate and delivery are always prompt.
SHOPPING COMPLEX
The shopping complex is located in the first floor of the storey building that housed both the bookstore and the press. The rent is always moderate. The activities in the complex is meant to give glory to God.
